Flaggity does a lot, but it's organized into a handful of clear areas. You won't touch every one on day one, and what you see in your own navigation depends on your role and plan. This is the map so nothing feels hidden.
Inspect — where work gets captured
- New Inspection — run AI weld or safety analysis from photos. This is the core action.
- Inspection History — every past inspection, searchable and filterable, with its findings, photos, and reports.
- Checklists — build a digital checklist template, print it blank for paper use, or fill it in on a tablet with a signature.
Quality — where problems get tracked to closure
- NCRs — Non-Conformance Reports for anything that failed or didn't meet spec.
- CAPAs — Corrective and Preventive Actions, including the guided 8D problem-solving workflow for serious, customer-facing issues.
- Audits & Compliance — structured audit management on higher tiers.
Production — Enterprise floor tooling
- Projects, Work Orders & Purchase Orders — production commitments and procurement.
- Schedule & Inventory — capacity visibility and stock tracking (Enterprise add-ons).

- Team & Workers — your people and their certifications.

What happens next
If you're brand new, the natural path is: run an inspection from Inspect, understand the result, then bring your team in. If a finding fails, you'll move into Quality to open an NCR. Production and the add-ons come into play as your operation scales — they're there when you need them, out of the way when you don't.
Features your plan doesn't include are either hidden or shown with a clear upgrade prompt — you'll never be confused about whether something is missing or just not in your tier.
