Your day in Flaggity is mostly capture and complete: photograph work, let the AI assess it, complete your checklists, and flag what fails so it doesn't slip through. Here's how that day tends to flow.
A typical day, in order
- 1 Start at your home view, which is built for the floor — you'll see the work in front of you, not a wall of management charts.
- 2 Run inspections as you go: open New Inspection, pick Weld or Safety, shoot the photos, submit. Within a couple of minutes you have a cited result.
- 3 Read each result — severity first — and decide. Clean work gets documented; anything that fails or looks wrong, you flag.
- 4 Work through any checklists assigned for the shift, completing them on your tablet and signing off.
- 5 When something doesn't meet spec, raise it so a manager can pick up the corrective action. You catch it; the quality side closes it.

How your work connects to everyone else
Everything you capture is immediately visible to your managers — they don't have to ask you for it. When you flag a failure, that's what starts an NCR and the corrective-action process they own. Your inspections also build the history that feeds the shop's quality trends and the welder performance picture. In short: you're the source of the data the whole quality system runs on, so capturing it cleanly and consistently is the most valuable thing you do.
