Agent 01 · Quality
The Quality Agent
Nonconformance will never wait for a meeting again.
It will run your inspection workflows end to end and watch every result the moment it lands.
What it will do
- Will monitor inspections for nonconformances and draft the NCR — evidence attached — the moment one appears.
- Will draft CAPAs from recurring findings and route them to the right owner.
- Will schedule NDE when a joint calls for it, and chase the result.
- Will compile MDR data books as the job progresses — not the week before shipment.
Nothing files itself. Every NCR, CAPA, and data book will be presented for your sign-off.
Agent 02 · Production
The Production Agent
The schedule will rebuild itself before the morning meeting.
It will hold the whole floor in its head — every work order, every station, every shift.
What it will do
- Will schedule and rebalance work orders as machines go down, rush jobs land, and priorities shift.
- Will run MRP continuously — not on Friday afternoons.
- Will detect bottlenecks while they are still one late operation, not a lost week.
- Will reflow the floor when priorities change, and quantify what the change costs.
The new plan arrives as a proposal. Nothing moves until you approve it.
Agent 03 · Procurement
The Procurement Agent
Stockouts will be caught while they are still lead times.
It will watch your inventory the way your best buyer would — constantly, across every item and facility.
What it will do
- Will monitor stock levels and reorder points, and see consumption trends before they bite.
- Will draft purchase orders when levels cross the line — supplier, quantity, and price filled in.
- Will track supplier performance and score every delivery against its promise.
- Will flag delivery risk before it reaches the floor — while there is still time to act.
Every PO lands as a draft. You send it.
Agent 04 · Materials
The Materials Agent
A suspect heat will be contained in minutes, not meetings.
It will know where every heat and lot lives — in stock, in work, welded in, and shipped.
What it will do
- Will track heat and lot genealogy as material is received, consumed, and welded into units.
- Will run reverse containment the instant a heat is flagged suspect — every unit, shipment, and customer mapped.
- Will place quarantine holds on suspect material and keep them enforced at the point of issue.
- Will keep the genealogy audit-ready — for the audit you haven't been told about yet.
Holds will release only on a human disposition. Containment is yours to command.
Agent 05 · Welding
The Welding Agent
No welder qualification will lapse quietly.
It will sit over every arc your paperwork touches — welder, process, procedure, joint.
What it will do
- Will monitor WPS compliance on live work — process, position, and parameters against the procedure.
- Will track welder continuity by process and flag a lapse while there is still time to requalify.
- Will tie weld data to the joint — welder, WPS, weld date, and NDE history in one record.
- Will watch qualification windows across the whole crew, not one spreadsheet at a time.
It flags and prepares. Your welding engineer decides.
How it will work
Agents will do the work. You stay in command.
