Flaggity is built for teams, not lone users. The point of a shared workspace is that an inspector captures work on the floor, a manager reviews quality, and an owner sees the whole picture — all on the same data, in real time. Getting your people in with the right roles is what turns Flaggity from a personal tool into your shop's quality system.
Sending an invitation
- 1 Open Team from the navigation. Team management is available to Admins on Business and higher plans.
- 2 Choose Invite, enter the person's work email, and pick the role that matches what they actually do.
- 3 Send it. They get an email with a secure link to set their own password and join your company — you never handle their password.
- 4 Track it. Pending invitations show in a list so you can see exactly who hasn't accepted yet and resend if needed.
Choosing the right role
Roles aren't just labels — they control what each person can see and do, which matters when commercial and quality data is involved. Match the role to the job:
- Inspector — runs inspections and completes assigned work. The floor-facing role.
- Manager / Plant Manager — runs the floor: reviews quality, drives corrective action, coordinates production. Plant Managers typically get read-oriented oversight; Managers get full read/write.
- Admin — manages the team, facilities, and most configuration.
- Master Admin — the owner; everything an Admin can do, plus billing and the plan.
What happens next
As soon as someone accepts, they appear in your Team list and can log in to their own view of the workspace, scoped to their role. Inspectors land on a floor-focused home; managers and admins see the broader dashboard. From there, your shop is genuinely multi-user: work captured by one person is immediately visible to the people who need to review it.
The number of people you can invite is governed by your plan's users included limit. If you need more seats than your tier allows, that's a reason to move up a plan.
