For Master Admins: Billing, Plan & Company Setup

4 min read

As the Master Admin you're the company owner inside Flaggity. You can do everything an admin can do, plus the things that are yours alone: the plan tier, billing, and the commercial side of the business. You're also the account's primary contact for the notifications that matter — security and billing among them.

What your day-to-day looks like

  1. 1 Choose and manage the plan — Free, Professional, Business, or Enterprise — based on your real inspection volume, team size, and which capabilities you need.
  2. 2 Manage billing and any Enterprise add-ons (scheduling, inventory, and the rest), turning capabilities on as the business needs them.
  3. 3 Set the company-wide defaults, including the default Language & Region everyone inherits.
  4. 4 Review the trends the team produces — quality and production data roll up to give you the picture of how the shop is actually performing.
  5. 5 Hold the highest level of access, and decide who gets the Admin and Manager roles beneath you.

The three things you'll use most

  • Settings → Billing — your plan, payment, and add-ons.
  • Plan limits — making sure your tier matches how the business is growing.
  • Company setup — the defaults and the org structure everyone works within.

How your work connects to everyone else

The plan you choose sets the ceiling everyone else operates within — seats for admins to fill, inspection volume for the floor, capabilities for managers. The commercial data on work orders is visible to you (and your admins) and walled off from everyone else. You set the strategy and the budget; admins run the setup; managers run the floor; inspectors capture the work. You're the top of that chain and the one who decides how far the platform scales with your business.
