What each limit means in practice
- Inspections / month — the total AI inspections your whole company can run in a calendar month, resetting at the start of each month. This is usually the deciding number: estimate your monthly volume and pick the tier that covers your busy weeks, not your average ones.
- Photos / inspection — how many images one inspection can include. A higher limit lets you cover complex parts and large work areas from multiple angles in a single inspection rather than splitting them up.
- Users included — how many people get their own login. Count everyone who needs access — inspectors, managers, admins — not just the heavy users.
- Facilities — how many physical sites you can organize work under. One per location; multi-plant operations need more.
- Checklist templates — how many active digital checklist templates you can keep (a dash means the feature isn't on that tier). You can deactivate old ones to free up slots, or add the Enterprise Unlimited Checklists add-on.
Beyond the four numbers
Capacity is only half the story. The tier also decides which capabilities are switched on: AI weld and safety inspection (Professional and up), the NCR/CAPA/8D quality workflows, production tooling like work orders and the scheduling and inventory add-ons (Enterprise), and white-label and bulk certificate options. Limits govern new activity, not access to your history — hitting a monthly inspection cap never locks away the inspections you've already run. A value shown as a dash means the feature isn't included on that tier.
