Is there a free plan?
Yes. Flaggity has a genuine Free plan — sign up and run a real AI inspection without a credit card. It has lower monthly limits and doesn't include the full quality workflows, but the AI you try on Free is the same engine that runs on every paid tier. It's a real trial, not a demo.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are managed from Settings → Billing, and you can change or cancel your plan there. There's no long-term lock-in to start.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Flaggity runs in your web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. There's nothing to download or install, and inspectors can work straight from a phone on the floor.
Does Flaggity replace my inspectors?
No, and it's not trying to. Flaggity is a documentation and consistency layer. It helps qualified people inspect against the same standard every time, cites findings to recognized codes, and keeps an audit-ready record. The final call on whether work is accepted always belongs to a competent human.
How accurate is the AI?
It's consistent and well-suited to surfacing and citing the clear, common defects and hazards reliably. Genuinely borderline cases can read differently run to run — the same way two human inspectors might disagree on an ambiguous joint. That's exactly why a person stays in the loop on the final decision. The AI's strength is consistency and documentation, not infallibility.
Is my data private and separate from other companies?
Yes. Every company has a fully isolated workspace. Your inspections, reports, and quality records are never visible to any other company on the platform — there's no shared pool of data.
What standards does it inspect against?
Welding work is cited against codes like AWS D1.1 and ISO 5817 (and others in the library); safety work is cited against OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and related references. The Supported Standards article covers what each one is for.
What happens when I hit my monthly inspection limit?
Flaggity tells you in plain language that you've used your allotment and points you to the upgrade path. The count resets at the start of the next calendar month, and nothing you've already created is locked away — limits only govern new activity.
Can my whole team use one account?
You don't share one login — you invite each person as their own user with a role that fits their job. Your plan's 'users included' number sets how many seats you have. Sharing a single login would defeat the role-based access that keeps commercial and quality data where it belongs.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. If you can take a photo and read a result, you can run an inspection. The setup (facilities, team, plan) is straightforward and usually handled once by an admin or the owner.
