Before you put any real inspection data into a new tool, it's fair to want to know what you're signing up for. Flaggity is built around one idea: a single, private company workspace that belongs to you. Everything you create — inspections, reports, non-conformances, your team — lives inside that workspace and is never visible to any other company on the platform. There is no shared pool, no other shop seeing your welds, no cross-contamination.
When you create an account, you become the first user of that company. That makes you the Master Admin — the owner — with the highest level of access, including billing and the plan tier. You can hand other responsibilities to teammates later, but the account starts and stays anchored to you.
Signing up
- 1 Go to the Flaggity sign-in page and choose Get Started Free. There's no credit card and no sales call required to begin.
- 2 Enter your work email, a password, and your company name. The company name is what shows on your reports and certificates, so use the real one.
- 3 Submit. Flaggity creates your private workspace and drops you straight into your dashboard — there's nothing to download or install.
Your account starts on the Free plan deliberately. The goal is for you to run a real AI inspection on a real photo in your first session, not to read a brochure. Free has lower monthly limits and doesn't include the full quality workflows, but the AI you try on Free is the same AI that runs on every paid tier.
What your account actually contains
- A private company workspace with full tenant isolation — your data is yours alone.
- Your user and role — the first account is always the Master Admin / owner.
- At least one facility — the site or shop that inspections and team members are organized under. You can add more as you grow.
- AI inspections within your plan's monthly limits, available immediately.
What happens after you sign up
From the dashboard you can run your first inspection right away, or invite your team first. Most people run one inspection to see the result for themselves before bringing anyone else in — it's the fastest way to understand what Flaggity does. When you're ready to add people, set up facilities, or upgrade, all of that lives in the navigation and in Settings.
Use a genuine work email. Certificates, report share links, team invitations, and important billing and security notifications all go by email, and your owner address is the account's primary contact.
