Certificates
A certificate is a more formal record of an inspection. It includes a signature line and a QR / verification element, so a third party can scan or follow it to confirm the certificate is genuine and hasn't been fabricated. Certificates are what you issue when a customer or contract requires documented, verifiable proof of inspection.
